I have an insatiable curiosity and desire to move. I encourage my students to explore all four corners of their being; to find their innate connection between mind, body, heart and spirit so that they may move into more feeling and sensation, in deeper, more loving ways. I am inspired by intrinsic knowing and ancient earth wisdom. The earth, moon, and stars are my best teachers.
I move and teach from an embodied, experiential place, and I am constantly evolving as a teacher. Bowspring, breathwork, and mindset infuse my teachings and my practice. Creative, heart-smart sequencing is my jam. In my classes you can expect to be inspired, challenged in delightful ways, and stretched inside and out. I am a Wyoming-native-wanderlust, a practitioner of the arts and sciences, a farmer, visionary, lover and dreamer. I am a planetary ambassador, an advocate for the soil, for the voiceless ones, and I firmly believe that our divorce with Nature is the root cause to many of the problems we are grappling with.
I am on a mission to inspire, and to be inspired, in the collective mission of getting back to our roots, our primal origins, and honoring the knowing that it all comes down to space; how we explore it, occupy it, move through it, and create it! I believe we can re-establish a harmonious union with ourselves, each other, and the earth by honoring the great design of which we are. I am excited to learn, grow, explore, and BE with you all, on this journey, in this life, through the obstacles and insights - we really are all in this together!

I am an intuitive movement practitioner and a divergent thinker! I believe movement is an important medicine and I practice what I preach. My favourite space to practice movement is always outdoors where the senses come alive. I often look for unique ways of enhancing my practice and will offer this through teaching as well.
My hope is for participants to experience being guided from within themselves. As a teacher and a human, I understand how “wellness” means something different for everyone; and as such, a focus of mine is on supporting individuals to connect with their unique felt sense to guide healing. Using this balanced approach to movement over time allows participants to develop a connection with self that inspires trust.

Greetings earthlings! I am you. You are me. We are one. Together, we will be exploring the foundational movement pattern of breath; to feel, to heal, and build resilience. I am an ambassador of love exploring this earth plane with an innate curiosity to experience and embody.
I dropped into this dimension twenty-seven years ago at the base of the Rocky Mountains in Boulder, Colorado. I've experienced many trials and tribulations; both physically and psychologically. I sacrificed the longevity and well-being of my body through a career in baseball of twenty years. From the adversities and traumas in my past, I have chosen the path less traveled. The bitter medicine has allowed me to awaken into my divinity and reclaim radical responsibility over my life. Having overcome 3 major surgeries before the age of twenty-one, I was forced to find unorthodox approaches to recalibrate my physical sovereignty and body autonomy. As an alchemist of breath, I utilize my own testimony of resilience to help empower others in taking their power back through the life force energy of the Breath.
Now more than ever, it is vital for us to consciously connect to our breath. When we allow our breath to be our anchor moment-to-moment, we are more resilient in regulating reality from the inside out.
When tuning into my class you will find a safe container to come as you are and just breath. We will begin each week off strong with Monday Morning Ritual: Breathwork + Meditation. All are welcome, all is sacred. I love you. Eye will see you on Monday’s!

I'm a bicoastal mermaid born and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia, now living on the rugged East Coast of Canada. My home in Halifax, Nova Scotia is close to surf and nature but every year I travel back to British Columbia to enjoy the big trees, the mountains, my family and the Pacific Ocean.
My background in dance instilled self-discipline and sparked a lifelong appreciation of movement. My best teacher and greatest inspiration continues to be the ocean. Surfing reminds us to breathe, enjoy the ride, savour the silence and to just let go. We are all in a constant state of motion: always changing, adapting to our environment, adjusting to the tides. Even in stillness there is transformation.

Moving through this world as a bowspringer, dancer, artist and mom, I find creative ways to invite ease and movement into all aspects of my life. Finally taking notice of mundane small tasks that either hinder or help my body I was able to overcome chronic pain, build my core, improve my posture, strengthen connective tissue and discover a new lightness in every movement. I am excited and honored to be a part of the Daily Ritual and can't wait to share all my tips and tricks with you!

Driven to inspire meaningful change in the world, I keep optimism and positivity at the core of my daily practice. Regenerative ways of engaging with the natural world keep my inspiration levels high as a movement mentor. In 2010 I traveled to India to study Classical Hatha Yoga and overtime shifted my practice and teaching style to a postural based alignment system known as the Bowspring. My classes are themed around cultivating present moment awareness in a fluid, flowy & playful way. Encouraging students to aspire towards empowered levels of accountability, in order to cultivate harmony in their lives so they may positively enhance the world around them, is my motivation as a yoga teacher.
