Elisha Jane Vidalin

Meow Meow Meow! 

I have an insatiable curiosity and desire to move. I encourage my students to explore all four corners of their being; to find their innate connection between mind, body, heart and spirit so that they may move into more feeling and sensation, in deeper, more loving ways. I am inspired by intrinsic knowing and ancient earth wisdom. The earth, moon, and stars are my best teachers. 

I move and teach from an embodied, experiential place, and I am constantly evolving as a teacher. Bowspring, breathwork, and mindset infuse my teachings and my practice. Creative, heart-smart sequencing is my jam. In my classes you can expect to be inspired, challenged in delightful ways, and stretched inside and out. Brittney Clements

I am a Wyoming-native-wanderlust, a practitioner of the arts and sciences, a farmer, visionary, lover and dreamer. I am a planetary ambassador, an advocate for the soil, for the voiceless ones, and I firmly believe that our divorce with Nature is the root cause to many of the problems we are grappling with.

I am on a mission to inspire, and to be inspired, in the collective mission of getting back to our roots, our primal origins, and honoring the knowing that it all comes down to space; how we explore it, occupy it, move through it, and create it! I believe we can re-establish a harmonious union with ourselves, each other, and the earth by honoring the great design of which we are. I am excited to learn, grow, explore, and BE with you all, on this journey, in this life, through the obstacles and insights - we really are all in this together!

Cecilia Mackie

Hey! My name is Cecilia Mackie, and I am a Transformational Wellness and Lifestyle Coach, Bowspring and meditation teacher, and registered holistic nutritionist. I have been a mindfulness enthusiast for nearly ten years, with a particular passion for primal movement, meditation, breathwork, and a wide variety of other spiritual and shamanic practices. I love to be in a constant state of growth and evolution, enjoy being outside and connecting with nature, and I have a special knack for getting into the deep and philosophical corners of the human experience.

Emily Karl

My name is Emily Karl, and I teach a modified style of Bowspring with weaved in breath, meditation and energy work. My classes are accessible, upbeat and inspiring with teaching influences that span everywhere from new esoteric and ancient spiritual traditions to neuroscience and psychology. The human body and its capabilities fascinate me, but I am just as enthusiastic about having fun in class as I am about the science behind the Bowspring alignment.

Heidi Bartholomew

I am a lover of life, an explorer, I like to find ways through. I believe life is meant to be play; a dance with every breath. I am a student, first and always. I teach Tantrik yoga and meditation. I am diving deeper into my investigations this year in Tantra, Ayurveda, and herbalism. I am also striving to be fluent in French by years end! I am an anthropologist and evolution is where it’s at! I am Dr. Janice Sutherland, ND, facilitator of breath, vital force activation, and mind-body medicine. In my classes, I teach you a conscious connected breathing technique, and how to use the power of your mind and body to regulate the nervous system.This awakening into your somatic experience reveals your true healing potential, and can have positive effects on stress, hormones, digestion, pain, mental emotional health, and anything blocking you from feeling the flow of life force energy. My intention is to support you into the expansion of your highest state of well being. 

Private Sessions are available for those wanting to deepen their awakening and evolution of self. Remote breath session flow beautifully in guided meditation tailored specifically to you, your way of existing in the world, and intentions. There is time for counselling and/or advice on specific health concerns during your session.

Jenna Marie

Hi! I am Jenna Marie. I live in Victoria BC and I love my island life. I live minutes from the ocean and the mountains. I am an intuitive movement practitioner and a divergent thinker. I teach Bowspring and fitness in our community as well as online, but my favourite space to practice is outdoors. A focus of mine is always on increasing the quality of life for myself and others. I choose Bowspring because the movement is primal, natural and takes my body to a place that is free from learned and unnatural postural habits. I am committed to my own practice, which lends fluidity to teaching. My style is challenging, yet accessible and geared towards increasing body awareness and stability. Jennifer Metzger

In May 2016, I got to know Bowspring at a workshop in Marbella, Spain.

After the beginner class, I felt my whole butt and thigh muscle for the first time in my life. The width of my chest gave me so much freedom, the shoulder girdle and arms hovered. I felt so light and exhilarated that I couldn't stop smiling and rejoicing. This weekend changed my life.

After about 8 weeks of practice, 20 minutes daily, my hip pain suddenly disappeared! My joints felt better and better, my thighs  and buttocks were getting toned, the skin started to tighten. It is as if you could feel a strong protective cover from the outside and the fabric inside is getting firmer. This is the whole body tone, it becomes more active, week after week. It is so dynamic and energy is increasing more and more!

I practiced and studied with Desi Springer and John Friend for about 300+ hours.

Michelle Mitschrich

My teaching journey began in 2005 with study in India where I studied traditional Hatha Yoga with Akhanda Yoga International in Rishikesh. I have been teaching movement, mindfulness and well-being classes and workshops for over 15 years.

Three years ago the Bowspring practice caught my eye, and after my first weekend workshop I was hooked. I love weaving flow and grace into my classes, and I design classes that suit students from all walks of life. With a passion for nature, singing, and writing poetry, I bring these elements into class and strive to inspire students to be themselves, and to move from a place of authenticity.

Sarah Vidalin

Hi! My name is Sarah and I am a registered dietitian, plant based foodie, and small scale climate activist. In regards to food and our relationship with food, I strongly believe in getting back to basics, listening to our bodies, and supporting our local farmers by buying seasonally. I believe we can fix all of our diet-woes and health concerns by saying no to animal products/animals and anything that comes processed and packaged. I'm a mom of two beautiful kids, I live for the outdoors and being active! I strive to lead a zero-waste lifestyle and try to support the causes and businesses that are working together to create a sustainable world to live in.

My goal when working with clients is to help them see past the noise and remove their emotional connection with food so that they can get back to listening to and honouring their body and what it needs.

Tara Adkins

Moving through this world as a bowspringer, dancer, artist and mom, I find creative ways to invite ease and movement into all aspects of my life. Finally taking notice of mundane small tasks that either hinder or help my body I was able to overcome chronic pain, build my core, improve my posture, strengthen connective tissue and discover a new lightness in every movement.
