Elisha Jane

Meow Meow Meow! 

I have an insatiable curiosity and desire to move. I encourage my students to explore all four corners of their being; to find their innate connection between mind, body, heart and spirit so that they may move into more feeling and sensation, in deeper, more loving ways. I am inspired by intrinsic knowing and ancient earth wisdom. The earth, moon, and stars are my best teachers. 

I move and teach from an embodied, experiential place, and I am constantly evolving as a teacher. Bowspring, breathwork, and mindset infuse my teachings and my practice. Creative, heart-smart sequencing is my jam. In my classes you can expect to be inspired, challenged in delightful ways, and stretched inside and out. Brittney Clements

I am a Wyoming-native-wanderlust, a practitioner of the arts and sciences, a farmer, visionary, lover and dreamer. I am a planetary ambassador, an advocate for the soil, for the voiceless ones, and I firmly believe that our divorce with Nature is the root cause to many of the problems we are grappling with.

I am on a mission to inspire, and to be inspired, in the collective mission of getting back to our roots, our primal origins, and honoring the knowing that it all comes down to space; how we explore it, occupy it, move through it, and create it! I believe we can re-establish a harmonious union with ourselves, each other, and the earth by honoring the great design of which we are. I am excited to learn, grow, explore, and BE with you all, on this journey, in this life, through the obstacles and insights - we really are all in this together!

Hey! My name is Cecilia Mackie, and I am a Transformational Wellness and Lifestyle Coach, Bowspring and meditation teacher, and registered holistic nutritionist. I have been a mindfulness enthusiast for nearly ten years, with a particular passion for primal movement, meditation, breathwork, and a wide variety of other spiritual and shamanic practices. I love to be in a constant state of growth and evolution, enjoy being outside and connecting with nature, and I have a special knack for getting into the deep and philosophical corners of the human experience.

Jenna Marie

Hi! I am Jenna Marie. I live in Victoria BC and I love my island life. I live minutes from the ocean and the mountains. I am an intuitive movement practitioner and a divergent thinker. I teach Bowspring and fitness in our community as well as online, but my favourite space to practice is outdoors. A focus of mine is always on increasing the quality of life for myself and others. I choose Bowspring because the movement is primal, natural and takes my body to a place that is free from learned and unnatural postural habits. I am committed to my own practice, which lends fluidity to teaching. My style is challenging, yet accessible and geared towards increasing body awareness and stability. I have been sharing my love for wellness for over 15 years as a personal trainer and wellness coach . Yoga has always been what brought me back to self in times where life has gently pulled me away. Practicing and guiding yoga is such a gift. Learning to sit in our own space and move with our body as it is at any given moment with mindfulness, is our medicine I teach fitness and yoga classes In my beautiful home city of Victoria, BC most of the year but you can also find me in Bali and Greece hosting fitness and yoga retreats.

Using sustainable alignment and movement practices, I offer classes that work to heighten personal physical awareness and an opportunity rewrite old patterns that may be contributing to chronic pains and ailments. Join me for overall strengthening and some juicy stretching!
 
I’m driven by new experiences and travel with a serious interest in homesteading and sustainable living. I recently relocated to Oregon in my self converted sprinter van and discovered paradise on an orchard next to the Columbia river gorge where I now spend my time hanging with my chickens and reading on my porch swing overlooking Hood River.

Robert Cervantes

My name is Robert and I love to move; I run, I walk and I like to play. For most of my life, I was a sedentary kid but as soon as I realized that the body is meant to move- I started to push myself.  Movement, for me, is the key to unlocking our potential. I lived in Asia for a very long time and adored watching the elders in the park walk barefoot under the canopy of trees practicing movement. I believe that the world we live in is toxic and the only way to improve our overall health is to redefine the way we move: to ease tension and stress in the body. I began with yoga and then discovered the vast world of movement. I've been teaching for more than 10 years in five different countries and in four languages. Nothing in this world makes me happier than to teach. Hope to see you soon!

I've been exploring movement through a wide lens since my journey from the womb. Spending my early years connected deeply to water, tapping into my little orca spirit. I fell in love with dance at the age of 5 and have been dancing through life ever since. I danced professionally till 30, alongside a love for teaching dance that eventually guided me into the fitness and yoga communities. My explorations as a moving artist have been vast and have led me to a simple truth. Movement is life, movement heals and we are living in a world that is bound by many systems and opinions of how to contort, "train" and move our bodies. I believe we are witnessing a jump in our evolution, where humanity is awakening to our Interdimensional existence through the technology of our body. For this journey, it is essential that we evolve the way we approach individual and collective movement. From this realization, I have been integrating the body wisdom of many lineages into a new breadth of work I am calling MurMurr. Inspired by the magical and awesome murmurations of the starlings, thousands upon thousands of birds creating a harmonious collective dance in the sky. This is a movement experience rooted in Earth wisdom and freedom of expression, to cultivate collective groove through the rhythmic connection of our hearts. I envision this being a "new" evolved way for humans to come together in solidarity, in artful celebration of the global revolution of love through play!

Moving through this world as a bowspringer, dancer, artist and mom, I find creative ways to invite ease and movement into all aspects of my life. Finally taking notice of mundane small tasks that either hinder or help my body I was able to overcome chronic pain, build my core, improve my posture, strengthen connective tissue and discover a new lightness in every movement. Winsome Williams

Aloha! 

My name is Winsome Williams and I am grateful to be here on this platform and excited to meet and practice with you all! I currently reside in Maui, Hawaii but grew up and graduated college in Wyoming. 

I am the co-author of The 13 Moon Calendar, a 40-page calendar book that aspires to educate individuals to tune in and unite in cosmic rhythm, while syncing up a mind-body connection to the natural world. My desire to enhance my relationship with time is ultimately fueled by my desire to contribute to a positive future.

My love for nature was inspired by my YTTC in India in 2010! The biggest life lesson gleaned from India was that I am inherently tethered to and supported by all living beings on this planet- what a refreshing new perspective to incorporate into my story as a planetary being!! This lesson is an underlying motivation in all things I do. 

On the daily, I can be found at my farm in the small town of Waikapū called Lā Kāhea (to call in the light) Community Education Farm. The regenerative farm I mālama (care for and protect) is on former industrial ag land that was mistreated for 144 years with herbicides and pesticides; my Maui ‘ohana (family) and I share a vision to Aloha ‘Āina (love the land) by restoring the life back into the soil. Ultimately, my goal is to help feed our community nutritionally dense food, set up working models to restore diversity back into degraded landscapes and sequester as much carbon as I can in the process!
