BALANCE | An invitation to explore balance through movement, breath, and mindfulnessSIGN UP HERE
This workshop is about creating balance within the body, mind and spirit through movement, breath & mindfulness. We will focus on using our body as a whole unit. Engaging our front and back body and left and right sides equally as we use breath to better feel the connections. Throughout the class we will play with both technique and freedom in movement, challenging ourselves to let go of ego and be willing to fall out of poses . All levels welcome.
