Elisha Jane

Elisha is a scientist of movement, exploring the potential of the body through intuitive connection, somatics, and feeling. Her passion is learning and expanding conscious awareness, and she is in divine pursuit of omniscience.

Elisha's biggest heart calling at the moment is conscious connected breathwork. Breathing is feeling. It is connecting to the present moment with deep awareness. It is learning to process and integrate past physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual trauma in a safe, empowered, and functional way. It allows us to free up space held by our past traumas so that we can breathe in fresh, new, and inspired. It is our most potent medicine, it is right under our nose and available to us in every moment of our living lives. Breathing brings us back to our true essence, connects us more intimately with all parts of our being, brings us back in touch with present moment awareness, and integrates all parts of our being into cohesive unity.

Detox For Today

Today, there are a lot of fad diets out there so it is important to enter into detoxification safely and mindfully. Working with a skilled practitioner offers direction, expertise, and safety.

Ayurveda is one of the oldest forms of medicine in the world originating from India. Detoxification is a cornerstone component within this ancient wisdom, which offers contextual understanding that, historically, toxic overload has been something understood and implemented for healing and vitality.

There seems to be some apparent themes within cleansing and detoxification which still translate today. One could even argue that the toxic load we are exposed to is far greater than our ancestors, making cleansing that much more relevant. These unifying concepts can safely be incorporated into our modern lifestyles:

  • Reduce/remove toxic load/exposure
  • Include botanicals
  • Stimulate and support the body’s natural detoxification pathways
  • Support the gastrointestinal tract and establish balance within one’s constitution
