Brittney is a practitioner of both the arts and sciences, a farmer, visionary, lover, and dreamer. She is a functional nutritionist and integrative brain wellness coach for NeuroGrove in the Denver, CO area. She is dedicated to understanding and reinforcing how our relationship to our food is our relationship to ourselves, to the earth, and to each other. Brittney has experienced first hand how the integrity of the soil influences the integrity of our guts and expands to famous Hippocrotes quote “All healing begins in the gut,” all healing begins in the soil.
Brittney is a certified Master Nutrition Therapist and has worked in the field for over 7 years with a mission to inspire positive change in the way we eat, move, and interact with the planet; the way we interact with life. By honoring the biosphere, we honor ourselves.
Elisha is a scientist of movement, exploring the potential of the body through intuitive connection, somatics, and feeling. Her passion is learning and expanding conscious awareness, and she is in divine pursuit of omniscience.
Elisha's biggest heart calling at the moment is conscious connected breathwork. Breathing is feeling. It is connecting to the present moment with deep awareness. It is learning to process and integrate past physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual trauma in a safe, empowered, and functional way. It allows us to free up space held by our past traumas so that we can breathe in fresh, new, and inspired. It is our most potent medicine, it is right under our nose and available to us in every moment of our living lives. Breathing brings us back to our true essence, connects us more intimately with all parts of our being, brings us back in touch with present moment awareness, and integrates all parts of our being into cohesive unity.
