This practice will leave you with a deeper, more meaningful connection to self both physically through muscle tone, and also through increased mindfulness. Primal Movement builds confidence and trust in self which translates into an increased quality of life. In this workshop, we will focus on the foundations of the algorithm then expand on how these engagements can be found within different poses. We will go over various key poses and then tie it altogether with a soft, slow & succulent flow.
