Breathwork Class | An Active Meditation

I am Dr. Janice Sutherland, ND, facilitator of breath, vital force activation, and mind-body connection. In my classes, I teach you a conscious connected breathing technique, and how to use the power of your mind and body to regulate the nervous system. This awakening into your somatic experience reveals your true healing potential, and can have positive effects on stress, hormones, digestion, pain, mental emotional health, and anything blocking you from feeling the flow of life. My intention is to support you into the expansion of your highest state of wellbeing. 

I guide you into the body, to find present moment awareness, where we then explore different aspects of the body, mind, emotions, and energy. Here, you can witness your own wisdom, inspiration, and healing in a grounded and peaceful way.


Private Sessions are available for those wanting to expand more intentionally into their awakening. Remote breath sessions work very well as you are guided to connect with your own empowerment. There is time for coaching and counselling on specific health concerns during your session.
