Primal Movement
All primal movement classes are an inspired evolution of yoga. We work with concepts developed by Bowspring, Budokon, Feldenkrais, somatic, functional, and mobility informed practices. These classes are strong, healing, and naturally aligned. We work with maintaining the natural curves of the spine and balancing the body with holistic and engaged myofascial movement.
Each class will be infused with the vibe and skills of the teacher guiding you.
Basics
Learn fundamental concepts of alignment, functional engagement, and poses.
Level One
A primal movement flow for beginners and intermediate practitioners. The perfect speed and temperature for everyone to feel welcome, held, and moved.
Level Two
A strong, dynamic, and expansive class for intermediate to advanced practitioners. Encouraging personal expression, growth, and working with more challenging poses and transitions.
Move Slow
A slower paced offering, moving into the intricacies of the practice. Poses will be explored for longer periods of time. The pace will be soft, strong, mindful, and juicy. Moving in more liquid, watery, and honey style ways.

Reignite your relationship with your emotional body and experience joyful expression in movement, as we explore the full spectrum of emotions with intentional breath, shaking, toning, dancing, & other powerful somatic release practices!

Yoga
Yoga is the relationship and rhythm of breath linked with mindful movement. Moving with the guidance and wisdom of the breath, this class will allow you to connect more deeply to all parts of your being. Uniting body with mind with spirit, this is an offering that will connect you more intimately with your true self, leaving you more awake and present.

Slow Flow
This class is designed to be slow and gentle, focused on linking breath with fluid movement. Yoga alignment.
Soul Care Sunday
Soul Care Sunday is where we gesture the body to nourish the soul. This is shared work between the body, the breath, and the soul where we practice slowly, softly and lovingly.
