All primal movement classes are an inspired evolution of yoga. We work with concepts developed by Bowspring, Budokon, Feldenkrais, somatic, functional, and mobility informed practices. These classes are strong, healing, and naturally aligned. We work with maintaining the natural curves of the spine and balancing the body with holistic and engaged myofascial movement.

A strong, dynamic, and expansive class for intermediate to advanced practitioners. Encouraging personal expression, growth, and working with more challenging poses and transitions.
A slower paced offering, moving into the intricacies of the practice. Poses will be explored for longer periods of time. The pace will be soft, strong, mindful, and juicy. Moving in more liquid, watery, and honey style ways.
This neuroscience-informed modality utilizes the technology of the Bowspring Method, mindfulness, somatic expression, and functional neurology to support brain-heart-body coherence.
Inspired by techniques and methods of Yoga, Bowspring, Functional Movement and a spark of wild creativity, we create lessons that focus on therapeutics to help release tension and progressively build union between mind and body.
MurMurr is a path to Understanding and Relating to our individual body through movement. This playful physical practice has strong roots in the Bowspring postural method and gaga (an exploratory movement system gaining popularity in the contemporary dance world). I also pull from Rajadhiraja yoga, Budokon (martial arts yoga) with some Tantric wisdom and voice work sprinkled in. Each experience will be a moving prayer to the 7 directions, a Mayan prayer orienting our vessel as a microcosm of the cosmos.
Yoga is the relationship and rhythm of breath linked with mindful movement. Moving with the guidance and wisdom of the breath, this class will allow you to connect more deeply to all parts of your being. Uniting body with mind with spirit, this is an offering that will connect you more intimately with your true self, leaving you more awake and present.

Soul Care Sunday
Soul Care Sunday is where we gesture the body to nourish the soul. This is shared work between the body, the breath, and the soul where we practice slowly, softly and lovingly.
Kind of like a cup of coffee... but different. To open, tone, and energize. Belly buzzing yum.
Move + Breathe
Enjoy 30 minutes of moving to open the ribs and belly and energize the body. Create intention and drop into a shorter breath session (30-45 mins).
Conscious Connected Breathwork: increase body awareness, deepen lung capacity, detoxify your body, improve nerve function, release unprocessed emotions...
Through gentle guidance, meditation will bring you into the present moment and offer you an opportunity to experience more focus, clarity and mental space.
