Move

A primal movement flow for beginners and intermediate practitioners. The perfect speed and temperature for everyone to feel welcome, held, and moved.

Each class will be infused with the vibe and skills of the teacher guiding you. 

All movement classes are inspired by bowspring: a strong, healing, primal movement practice. We work with maintaining the natural curves of the spine and balancing the body with holistic and engaged movement.

A slower paced offering, moving into the intricacies of the practice. Poses will be explored for longer periods of time. The pace will be soft, strong, mindful, and juicy.

Focused on alignment integrity and mindfulness. Extra focus on posture and spinal health. Basics, therapeutics, foundational poses, and elemental concepts.

A strong, dynamic, and expansive class for intermediate to advanced practitioners. Encouraging personal expression, growth, and moving into more challenging spaces of movement.

Tantrik Meditations

These meditations are simple and meant to be playful and fun. With Curiosity, wonder, and levity for exploration without attachment to outcome, we engage in practice, we become alert to the presence of the sacred that permeates our bodies and we remember who we truly are. All of these methods invoke savoring the incredible intensity underlying the most common experiences.

Breathe

Conscious Connected Breathwork: increase body awareness, deepen lung capacity, detoxify your body, improve nerve function, release unprocessed emotions (energy in motion), regulate and learn to control your nervous system, expand your consciousness, and create more ease and flow in your daily life.

Restore + Rest

A class to heal and repair the body; gentle, loving, kind, and deeply nurturing. Rest assured, you will feel well rested after this class. Expect to end in a long guided assimilation pose.

NeuroFlow

NeuroFlow is a unique form of movement therapy developed by Brittney Clements and Dr. Ashlie Bell of NeuroGrove to enhance overall brain-body wellness. This neuroscience-informed modality utilizes the technology of the Bowspring Method, mindfulness, somatic expression, and functional neurology to support brain-heart-body coherence. By adopting specific movements we can directly target specific regions of the brain and improve the connectivity and activity of neural pathways to help release the fight-flight-freeze response, break up dysfunctional physical, emotional, and cognitive patterns and rewire them towards optimal functioning. 

Engaging in somatic-based movement provides expression to the nonverbal, subconscious brain and can improve interhemispheric connectivity while fostering psycho-emotional growth.
