Holistic Nutrition is the concept of approaching both our bodies and our nourishment as a fully integrated and holistic system - understanding that everything we consume becomes us, thus affecting how our body operates as a whole.
When we understand our bodies in this holistic way, we can see how the quality of lifestyle, our nutrition, and the food we eat can either support our most vibrant and radiant health, or create a disharmonious state within us (i.e. inflammation, illness, or disease). When we choose to feed our bodies with food that is high vibe and filled with life, we inevitably begin to radiate that same state of aliveness, thus creating an internal environment that promotes self-healing and wholeness!
