Learn what the chakra system is, how it can be misaligned and realigned through intention, mantra, essential oils, visualization, and movement.
This workshop includes all of it! Kyla will supply you each with a list of essential oils you can use in the workshop if you are an oil user (for those who are not, but are interested in this event can discuss other options with Kyla ahead of time!).
You will learn how the chakras function when both balanced and out of balance. Kyla will lead you through a chakra aligning mantra meditation as well as a chakra balancing yoga flow.

Primal Movement cultivates an attuned mind-body connection, easing psychosomatic illness by reducing stress and anxiety. It is versatile, accessible, primal and fun. This practice will leave you with a deeper, more meaningful connection to self both physically through muscle tone, and also through increased mindfulness. Primal Movement builds confidence and trust in self which translates into an increased quality of life.
This introduction to primal movement is to an opportunity for students to learn and apply foundational concepts of the practice, enabling them to experience specific, muscle engagement techniques which can be used on and off the mat.
